Therefore a separate session of the annual EVS Congress is dedicated to the application of Regulation 2016\/1191. There will also be a presentation of the Handbook on the Practical Operation of Regulation (EU) 2016\/1191.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Public Documents Regulation: training session for registrars in the context of the project \u201cIdentities on the move \u2013 Documents cross borders\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>10.45 The EU Regulation 2016\/1191 of the European Parliament and of the Council on promoting the free movement of citizens by simplifying the requirements for presenting certain public documents in the European Union and amending Regulation (EU) No 1024\/2012 in connection with its application in Slovakia \u2013 Mgr. Ivera Kusov\u00e1, Head of the Department of Registrars in Slovakia<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>11.15 Coffee Break<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>11.30 The Panel discussion \u201cThe cross-border exchange of civil status documents\u201d &#8211; moderator EVS Vice-president Steve Heylen with the participation of Rob van der Velde (head of civil affairs The Hague and central authority of the Netherlands), Oksana Lin (leading specialist Department of Civil Registry Tallin Vital Statistics Office), dr.
