19th Kongress des EVS

4^th – 7^th June 2019- Szczecin, Poland

“DOCUMENTS OF CIVIL STATUS IN INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS”

 Dear colleagues,

We are pleased to invite you to participate in the 19^th Congress of the European Association of Registrars (EVS) which will be held on 4^th -7^th June 2019 in the port city of Szczecin, Poland.

The congress is organised by EVS in collaboration with National Association of Polish Registrars (SUSC RP).

The other Congress topic will include recent developments in family law with special regard to regulations concerning marital status of persons. Also, the status of national implementations of EU Regulation 1191/2016 will be discussed on the basis of recent information from the European Commission.

The arrival of the participants is scheduled for Tuesday 4^th of June 2019. The Congress presentations and formal discussions will take place on 5^th and 6^th of June 2019 (see the enclosed program). The delegations shall depart on Friday 7^th of June 2019.

The accommodation of the participants shall be organised in Szczecin in the Radisson Blue Hotel where the Congress will be held. The participation fees include accommodation, refreshments, lunches and dinners, Congress materials and the city tours (as provided in the program).

The guests from abroad will arrive at international airports in Szczecin-Goleniów, Berlin-Tegel, Berlin-Schönefeld or Poznań. Organisers offer assistance with arranging transportation from the airports to the Radisson Blue Hotel.
